MAIN WORKS: Embassy Complex comprising Chancellery, Ambassador Residence, Staff Quarters and Swimming Pool was constructed under turn-key basis and included detail engineering, procurement, civil works, HVAC, Electrical and Security system:

• Sanitary and Plumbing
• 3,000,000 BTU HVAC system
• 1,753,000 BTU AHU
• 3 nos. chilled water pumps
• 8 nos. 14,300 BTU/hr fan coil units
• Automatic control systems
• Fire control system
• Swimming pool pumps and chlorination system
• Electrical & security installation
• 400 KVA, 577 amp standby generator
